David Jackson is a Grand Rapids-based real estate broker, builder, property manager, and investor with over a decade of experience across the West Michigan market.

Through his work in brokerage, property management, and renovation David has developed a well-rounded understanding of how real estate performs at every stage—from acquisition and renovation to long-term ownership and operations.

He is a partner at Edison Brokers & Co., a co-owner of 85 West Management Services, and licensed and insured general contractor actively involved in rehab and renovation projects through Strange Jack Builders. In addition to working with clients, David owns and operates a growing portfolio of rental properties, giving him a practical, hands-on perspective that informs every decision.
